What We Do
Membership Dues
Membership in the Association is not required. Dues are only $15 per year and go towards landscape maintenance, entrance signs upkeep, costs to run this website, and the occasional neighborhood social function.
Maintenance
Everyone takes pride in their neighborhood, and so should you. The Association is responsible for the beautification of our entrance markers and the cul-de-sac plantings.
Why Should You Join?
Why not? Your Association is a great way to meet people in your neighborhood. In more practical matters, the Association has worked with the city on a number of projects, including lighting along all the streets in the subdivision, and full-scale street lights at the entrances.
