Membership in the Association is voluntary, but we encourage all homeowners within North Park Estates to join. When speaking for the group, your Association has a greater voice in community affairs. Your input is an important part of that voice.
Membership is also fun! There is no better way to get acquainted with your neighbors than at one of our social events or by helping to organize one.
New to the neighborhood? New residents are considered honorary members until the next year’s dues are collected in April.
Volunteers run our organization but there are still costs involved. Dues are only $15 per year. The money collected is used for such things as producing quarterly newsletters, maintaining the common landscaping areas, and subsidizing the many social activities throughout the year.
If you are new to the neighborhood, please fill out the form and write your move-in date to get the first year FREE!

Why Should You Join?
Why not? Your Association is a great way to meet people in your neighborhood. In more practical matters, the Association has worked with the city on a number of projects, including:
- Lighting along all the streets in the subdivision, and full-scale street lights at the entrances.
- Street repairs.
- “Neighbor Net” Block watch program
The Association provides the opportunity for members to voice their opinions, concerns, and complaints. Most of our meetings have had a guest speaker from the city, such as our council representative, the service director, and others.
Everyone takes pride in their neighborhood, and so should you. The Association is responsible for the beautification of our entrance markers and the cul-de-sac plantings.
